Study Focus was created in 2004 in response to a need for high quality training in study skills,examination techniques and stress management.

Managing Director: Claire Commins, is a qualified Systems Analyst and Programmer and holds a National Diploma in Training and Education. Claire has twelve years experience as an IT trainer and has been lecturing in NUI Galway for the last ten years in information technology and study skills. Claire is responsible for ensuring our trainers are highly qualified to teach the study skills programme.

Claire is the author of all the study skills training products created by Study Focus.
